Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, 2017's Action Game of the Year, expanded on what MachineGames does best - excellent gunplay, epic story and Nazi-killing fun. The story is grander, more complex but also more intimate. We explored the idea of the Nazi war machine making its way to the shores of the United States and how that played out in American society. And how BJ once again took on a mission to rally anti-fascist groups and forge a second American Revolution. But we also dove deeper into the BJ's character, a man forced to reckoned with his troubled childhood as he is on the cusp of fatherhood. In addition to the storytelling, the gameplay offered more varied environments, tighter gunplay, an expanded perk system and added new combat abilities that let players perfect their preferred playstyle and experiment with new ones.
